I am doing the alphabet exchange once again this year.  My students truely enjoyed decorating their letters last year so we are going to do it again.  If you would like to find out all the details or to participate please go to... www.firstgradefoundme.blogspot.com       it is so exciting to see which letter you will receive first and the students get excited to see which letter is in the envelopes we receive.
